Some of the services I provide on a consulting basis are listed below.  Additionally, I can help you with just about anything that’s construction or design related.

  • Review and explanation of plans supplied by client.

  • Suggest alternate materials to save money and be environmentally conscious.

  • Assist with locating the home on your property.

  • Recommend building contractors.

  • Act as liaison with your contractor.

  • Write material specifications if not included with owner’s plan package.

  • Project supervision.

  • Attend planning and zoning board meetings.
