Primary residence. Essentially an expanded cape with the master suite, office, laundry room, farmer’s kitchen, living room and mudroom on the first floor. On the second floor we have three bedrooms and an additional full bath and one half, a quiet area that flows into the bonus room above the garage.

This was the first house in the Orchard Shores sub-division in Woolwich, Maine that launched the construction of six custom homes built by Anthony Keefe Construction in Woolwich, Maine.
